Yesterday I started my PVC rack, following the basics of flam63's rack, this is the assembly (yes they are blue in my country):





Tonight I'll glue everything together, and my daughters want to paint it, while, I'm looking for the rod holders.

you might want to add 1 more vertical PVC at the back corner. it should help with the load and vibration when you add a rod holder. good job! time to go test it out!

Ok, the rack is ready, still needs two more rod holders as they were out of stock, this is a hybrid rack, it has PVC and aluminum, I tested with the cooler full of water doing a few runs on a near lake. Next weekend real sea test.

I'm a really bad painter, I will have to paint it again, or take it to a pro.
