Thanks Mike. The fish are starting to come up around here. But so are the sharks! You really gotta boost em up before you get taxed! And make sure you don't fall off while fighting a fish! Really adds to the excitement though!

Awesome catches, Is the knife in the head a trademark of yours? I'm still waiting to catch my first wahoo. I actually got the same lure that you used to catch it. That same lure brought me some big kings in the past, but not the wahoo yet. Do you cook the whaoo or eat it raw? Good Job.

Thanks kdsone. I just like to cut around the gills to bleed the fish as much as possible while it's still kicking and the heart is pumping, then I try to brain it before it unhook it and take it off of the gaff (kage in this case) so it won't jump out of my hands as I'm trying to get it in the killbag.

I just cooked some of it up for lunch. Sprinkle with garlic salt, coat in tapioca flour and deep fry for a couple of minutes. My co-workers are loving it right now!

Sounds delicious! Makes me hungry.
