I wish... it is only the Saltist 30T, but works sweet for what I am doing.

Saltist, one of the best value reels in the market. I have a couple of them.

Newbie here,

We're currently looking at getting a pair of VX deluxe/cruisers for touring/fishing in Louisiana marsh area. Being new to jetskis, what's the minimum depth that you'd run your skis in? Do you think the VX line would serve us well in a saltwater marshy environment, or should we look at a sea doo with the closed loop cooling?

Thanks!

if the water is warmer than 70 degrees i'd go with the closed-loop cooling to keep the engine happy.

I have found the Seadoo GTX to be a great all rounder. Economy is good and maintence regime is not quite as stringent as the supercharged models
