It is really worse than a "Proposed MLPA Map"

New South Coast Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) Are in Effect as of January 1, 2012.

In other words, as of Jan. 1, Joe's Halibut Honeyhole is illegal territory.

Yup. It's an active no take zone. But the sheepshead spot is still good! actually, a lot of good spots are now no take zones up here by PV. Just means we'll be finding new spots soon.
