Does anyone fish near the oil rigs off of the Texas coast? on a pwc.... do you know of anyone who does?

im picking up my PWC today and i live in houston....so i plan on getting the rack system from Garoupa and ill be ready for some rig fishing....doesnt seem to be many PWC fishermans down here in the Gulf Coast.....so im looking for a wingman when ready.....

I literally just bought my first jet ski today. And of course my first thought was if i could fish off of it. I'd love to catch up with you guys if you do a trip, please keep me in the loop! BTW, I live in Clear Lake.

Did you guys get out to the rig? If so, how was the fishing and the experience in general out there?

I live downtown Houston and just sold my Kayak and looking to purchase my PWC fishing machine and gear soon. Good to see that there are a few guys in the area to head out with.

When is the end of the season for you guys? I'm debating on purchasing now or waiting till the spring...

Ok, now I have the ski (2006 FXHO)!! Working on rigging it with fish finder/depth sounder, fishing rack, etc...
