Went out with a buddy on his 23' seacraft last sunday. Supposed to be 1-3' seas, was more like 3-5 with a lot of chop. Picked up 2 small dolphin first thing in about 1200'. Kept trolling south and headed to shallower water. Got into about 550' and the shotgun line took off like we hooked a sub. 30 minutes later I sunk the gaff into a 43lb wahoo....not a bad day on the water

Sounds good I hope you can do this on your jetski.

550' is deep!! and we complain about 150' while fishing for rockfish.
