While at the beach my Iphone4 decided to crash, that blows!!! Had to do a hard restore and it still was messed up. Kept working on the the phone till 4 am until I gave up. (phone was jailbroken) got up early to work on the phone..... Had to do upgrade to the newest version of firmware... Phone still messed up!!! Went to the apple store and told them the problem but didnt tell them I had jailbroken the phone, replaced the phone with a brand new one..... Lesson not learned, just jailbroken the phone again!!! Only took 2 minutes... Love the firmware the phone came with. If anyone has a iphone and wants to jail break let my know... show you how.... DON'T PAY FOR SOMEONE TO JAILBREAK IT!!! Sorry had to share!!

you are quite a salesperson if you can get the Apple Store to replace your phone!

I was able to restore it to the newest firmware, so they ''tech'' had no clue!!!
