I would like to petition the Texas Parks and Wildlife about considering allowing JetSki fisherman to fish at night. Current law doesn't allow any PWC on any waters after Sunset or before Sunrise.

It's the same thing in Florida. We are allowed out 30 minutes before sunrise and 30 minutes after sunset. Someone of us have been talking about how awesome it would be to fish at night off the skis.
