The bait barge is in Quivira Basin. Left out of Dana, then take your next left. Dana landing also has a small store in case you forget anything or need a caffeine and sugar hit before launch.

Yea...take advantage of the YT bite. As much as I would like to go on the 23rd as well..I can only go on the 30th. Cleared my sked so I'm a definite go for 5/30.
