Hey guys been toying with the idea of getting a ski and fishing out of it so I joined this site to get information on how to do it, hope y'all dont mind. Looking forward to talking and listening to all about how they use their ski and how to build my own set up. Thanks!

Now it's the time to get into this sport! Fishing is slow so time is best spent on repairs and upgrades. Feel free to browse the site and ask any questions!

Man I wish there was more interest around Corpus. Seems to be more and more pop up in the H-Town area. But anyway welcome your going to love the sport, I do! Guess I'm going to have to move up there to get a fishing buddy. :D

Go to your local bait/tackle shop and they usually have some kind of bulletin board. Put up that you are looking for others interested in jet ski fishing and see where that takes you.

i have family that live in corpus so getting together there wouldnt be to big a problem for me, just have to find a time we could when i'm not working. So I'm looking at purchasing a 2011 Seadoo GTX 155. Anyone know anything about em? The boat show is intown this week and I'm wanting to buy one now so any recommendations would be well appreciated! Not wanting one with too big of an engine for fuel economy reasons so more on the mid range price wise.

Never thought about that. Thats a damn good idea, Thanks bro!

I have a Seadoo GTi130 and thats as basic as it gets. But I like it, rigged it out and started fishing. I think the GTI limited 155 would do great, 155 hp but still good on fuel economy. You should get a good deal they are offering $1000 off the 2011 models. Good luck and post up pics of what you get. Let me know if you ever do head down and we'll try and get out there.
