left my camera at home so i didnt take any pics... but let me just state, never in my life have i ever been able to go off shore wot the whole time to every rig. THAT how FLAT it was. simply amazingly flat. barely even a swell. it was so flat a skiff was out there ! i barely hopped off the water going wot, if i went 3/4 then i wouldve stayed in the water the whole time but wot i hopped a little.

this is gonna not make sense but the fish were their in schools, BIG BIG SCHOOLs smacks were flying everywhere. but they werent really hungry.... i managged a few big ones, but i think i ended the day with maybe 10 for me 2 for my dad and 5 angel fish. fishing was slow but it was on went you hooked up. caug
ht 2 smacks on top water !! ill post the crappy cell phone pics later today. and post the fish caught later tonight when i go to work to take a picture. still very fun day

oh and i didnt loose a single spoon

but i lost 3 smacks. one boated on the gaff on hooked the fish then flopped off the gap and made
his escape. the other 2 lost them while trying to gaff..... need a longer 1 !!!

All the fish were caught at the 4 mile rigs

I've been on call all week end. Been looking at the water just wishing I could get out. But I'm not fully rigged anyway. Great report glad you turned me on to this site. Can't wait to see some more reports. keep them coming can't wait to get out and post some reports of my own.
