Or get some Galv and weld up your own rack like I did. Strong as, and only about $80NZ all up including the zinc coating and rod holders.

Only finished it today. If this damn rain buggers off should be off on the maiden voyage down Raglan way this weekend.

I made mine out of thick PVC, then used galvanized hardware to bolt it through the cooler and added a stainless screw at the bottom.

what is the best size cooler to get? Ive seen fishbags around also for larger catches, anyone have one and how much did you pay. I saw one for $250! way to steep for me.

You probably saw a Yeti cooler which are the best.. Stick with the Coleman coolers, the Xtreme Marine series comes in 50qt and 70qt. I recommend the 70QT as it holds more and is not much bigger, they run $40-$50
