Great idea, especially for the price. Maybe you could run a strap to the back to keep them from flopping around.

I use to have a GSXR 1000 motorcycle, there are many magnetize bags the can be used on a jetski that where made for the motorcycle industry. You can use huge squares of Velcro to secure saddle bags.

i like the size of the bag shown, perfect to carry your lunch in.
