HS came to my house at 6:00 a.m., so me and my kids went to AmPm gas station to buy some coffee and breakfast. After that we headed to Malibu. We arrived there at 7:30 a.m. My son first cast got fish on! My daughter first cast got fish on! That's a very good sign, me and HS thought it was a good timing to come to the right place. All 4 of us spread out fishing, everyone caught fish and of course the biggest one I caught. We fished until 9:30 a.m. wind started to build up and the fishing became slow. After fishing, we were all happy, came back home, ate at A&J Restaurant. This is my first time fishing with HS on surf fishing. I hope he enjoyed it.

It's been a while since I last fished the surf. It was a great morning with good company. Definitely great way to start the new year.

Its funny how different the fish are depending on location. I have no idea what those are. But I bet if I posted some pics of the fish here you guys would be the same. Good job either way, catching is catching regardless of which coast you are on
