wind was blowing a little more than last two time we went but wasnt too bad.
got to the 4 mile rig and the water clarity was pretty bad... it was a sandy green,

so decided to hit the 6 mile rig looking for better water,

the water wasnt that much better, it was just green with no hint of blue like last time.

well decided to try and threw out a ribbon fish, and tried the ratltrap. no luck. tide was out going
started to use shrimp and just catch some angel fish for the time being.

then a baby amber jack

caught a few of these too

after that i decided to look for better water conditions..... so i went to the 6 mile rig to the right.... got there to find the same green water.... caught a few more angel fish, then headed back to the 4 mile rig to see if the waters changed over there... got there and it was the same, saw facehook and his family and they said they havent caught much... so i decided to go back to the 6 mile rig... same condition.... so i looked out... and saw the 11 mile rigs...
well turned to my dad and said were going to try there... he said ok, on the way to the 11 mile rig as i got closer i saw 4 or 5 rigs out there that are all pretty close to each other... i was getting excited when i started to see that hint of blue in the water..... so im gonna guess i was about 1-2 miles away from the rig.... when my turn buckle crapped out and had unscrewed it self from all the waves and bouncing.... rack flew in to the water in no time. lost 4 rods. but luckily i had put noodles on my rack and the cooler was bungeed to the rack. so i still had some fish. was so close....
heres the water clarity to where i had gotten....

you can see the rigs im talking about !

picture with the camera in the water

had to head in early... was definetly depressed. lol well now i get to go shopping for new gear
gonna fabricate some stuff for the jetski and will definetly be going to the 11 mile rigs again.
until next time !!!
