Sorry, i was late for the weigh in. I was hoping that my buddy Carls last hook up would have won it. Unfurtunately, it broke him off, and when we looked at the clock it was almost 12:30.
Not to mention, the guy rides about as slow as my wife. I had to stop a couple times to let him catch up.

I ended up bringing home 3 sand bass. 12.5-16 inches, and a 24" halibut.
All in all it was a good time. Good to see everyone again.

HS. I still have your battery. I forgot to give it to you again.

and finally, it was a pleasure to meet everyone else today.

I say one of these days, we do a "high roller" tournament.
ie.. hundred dollar buy in, ten guys, or girls, and the winner take all. $1000.00 Could be a nice payday for the winner.

Thanks Alan, Duane and Jacky. It was a great time. A slow fishing day for most but still the most fun fishing day I've had in a long time. WE MUST DO IT AGAIN SOON.

I will keepthe trophy polished for the next winner, who will likely be yours truly.

FYI : I spent most of the winnings on some shallots, garlic, olive oil and white wine.

Nice to hear you guys caught some fish and had a great time! Good Job Mike on your win! I wish I would have been there! Had some complications over the weekend, long story short, I should never have carpooled with my brother anywhere. Ended up coming home around 3-4am today and was way too burn out to go out today. Maybe next time!

Thanks for coming out, Joe. I heard the guys want to do a Catalina run soon. I'll let you know if it happens.
