the upside to using PVC is that it is easy to assemble and highly customizable. however, UV light and saltwater will cause havoc on the material faster than you think. in a few short trips, i suspect cracks and leaks. also, because it is a bumpy ride, things tend to bounce around quite a bit causing unwanted accidents such as losing your gear.

we have put a great deal of thought into designing our own racks. our purpose was to design something that will withstand the elements and simple enough that is easy to install. Our rack design requires no drilling to the hull. it attaches and detaches from the jetski in less than a minute. it's got a few rod holders, bilge pump mounting bracket, transit water sprout (if necessary), and cooler. You can see some pictures of it from the Reports section. As you can see, we fish quite often. It took many trial and error trips to get things dial in just right.

For information about our racks and ordering, check out this thread: http://jetskisportfishing.com/pwc-baitwell-cooler-racks-t363.html

hope to see your fishing posts soon! :)

Interesting comments about my product, then I see you also sell kits on your website. My standard size Ultimate Rod Holder kit is exported globally and now specialss for $450US + P&P, guaranteed to handle the full speed conditions of Jetskifishing. Most kits are 4 rod holders and have all safety clips and mounting hardware supplied. Hope this helps those who want a choice of what to buy rather than influence of the forum :(

Actually, I think that this is an extremely clean looking rack. I look at it and wonder how it can be strong though? If I had only wanted a one cooler setup, I would have ordered your rack but I wanted a bait/cooler setup so I made my own instead. Trust me, I have more than $100 in mine, could have easily purchased yours.

I need to get a kill bag; I release all the bass that I catch but want to keep a halibut once in a while and I love yellowtail sushi.
