#1 What year RXP-X?
#2 Has the supercharger been rebuilt?
#3 Warranty?

The GTR is new and comes with a warranty, remember that as standard labor rate at my local Yamaha Dealer is $130 an hour.

The RXP-X is a 2 seater ski, and will not be as friendly as a 3 seater. I have ridden one and not very friendly in the ocean/choppy conditions.

Go with gtr. You'll be very happy with the new technologies. Rxp is nice, but it's all muscle.. And that's it. With the gtr, you get the brakes, starts in neutral, new design, and a good price!

oh and speaking of the super charger rebuilt this salesman was a DICK. i was asking him about that and then he was like giving me bullshit about it not needing to be done since its a sea doo and just normal maintenece wont wear it out. he was trying to sell that ski to me bad ! but if i were to buy it id tell them to throw the 100hr re-build in. ( which they probably wont even do )

Depends on how you ride. I have the rxt215 and it's the same engine as the gtr. I don't use the supercharger much so it's still good. Besides, if it breaks within 3yrs, seadoo replaces it for free. 215 hp is pretty damn fast in the ocean!

I would demand a new salesperson, being a dick gets you nowhere as a sales person because they are a dime a dozen...

There's always someone above a manager. I won't take a salesperson being a dick.. I am sure you can find another dealership willing to work with you and they lose a customer and another bad experience for them...
