Where range and fuel costs are most important, then avoid turbos and superchargers.
That said, the supercharger is the best thing to ever happen to the 4-stroke pwc motor. Faster is always better!!! Also, the low-end acceleration will make choppy conditions extremely fun to ride. Last, a supercharger will get you to your next fishing spot faster.
Of course, they require more maintenance and cost more as well.
You and Joe always gotta drive fast; Alan, Jacky, & I are the last ones there! Why does Jacky's ski not go faster because he has a supercharger?
